Whisper Diarization

Transcribes a recording and labels who said each line.

New this week

What it does

Whisper Diarization combines OpenAI's Whisper speech recognition with speaker detection, so it both writes out what was said and labels which speaker said each part.

It first separates the voices from the rest of the audio to improve accuracy, then transcribes and matches each sentence to a speaker.

It runs from the command line and works best with a graphics card.

Who it's for

People who need transcripts of multi-speaker recordings, such as meetings or interviews.
