What it does
WeChatBridge adds new choices to WeChat's "forward to other apps" menu on your computer. You select many chat messages, forward them together, and pick a destination such as Codex, Claude, Doubao, Qwen or Obsidian.
When you send chats to an AI app, it opens that app, adds a saved prompt (instructions for the AI) and pastes in the chat history so you can get a summary, to-do list or meeting notes. You can save different prompts for different group chats. It can also save chats as Markdown notes (simple text files) with pictures and attachments, sorted by chat name. WeChat only forwards up to 100 messages at once, so a batch mode lets you collect several rounds and send them together.
Its makers say it does not read or change WeChat's database or program. It only uses the files WeChat itself exports, and keeps chats, prompts and history on your computer.
Who it's for
WeChat users who are in busy group chats and want AI to summarize them, or who want to keep chat records in a personal note collection.
