What it does
VoltAgent helps developers build AI agents, programs that use an AI model to carry out tasks with tools. It has two parts: an open-source code framework, and a console called VoltOps for watching and managing agents once they are running.
The framework covers memory so agents remember past context, tools, multi-step workflows, teams of agents led by a supervisor, voice, and safety checks. It can look things up in your own documents before answering, and lets you switch between AI providers by changing settings.
The VoltOps console is offered as a cloud service or to run yourself.
Who it's for
JavaScript and TypeScript developers building AI agents for products or internal tools.
