What it does

Voice-Pro brings several audio tools into one browser-based screen. It can download videos, separate voices from background music, turn speech into text with Whisper, and translate the text into many languages.

It can then read text aloud with computer voices, or copy a voice from a short sample (voice cloning) to make new speech in that voice. Its makers present it as an alternative to paid voice services.

The README says the code is now fully open and free, but that the makers cannot work on updates for the time being.
