Vibe

A desktop app that turns speech in audio and video into text, on your own device.

New this week

What it does

Vibe transcribes audio and video into written text on your own computer, so your recordings never leave your device.

It handles many languages, can transcribe batches of files, label who is speaking, and save results in many formats including subtitles and documents.

It can optionally summarise transcripts using an online AI service or a local AI tool, and you can even send audio from your phone for your computer to transcribe.

Who it's for

Anyone who wants private transcripts or subtitles without sending files to the cloud.

Can I use it without coding?
