What it does
Ultralytics makes the YOLO family of computer-vision models. Computer vision means teaching computers to understand pictures. Point it at an image or video and it can spot objects (like cars or people), draw their outlines, recognise body poses, or follow them from frame to frame.
It comes with ready-trained models and can also be trained on your own pictures, for example to spot a product on a factory line. It can be used from a simple command line or inside Python programs.
Its makers describe the models as fast and accurate and say they are regularly updated.
