What it does
TradingAgents copies how a trading firm works, using a team of AI agents with different jobs. Some act as analysts who study company finances, news, social media mood and price charts. Others play researchers who argue for and against a trade.
A trader agent reads all of these reports and proposes a decision. A risk-management team and a portfolio manager then review it and approve or reject it. The program saves its reports so you can follow the reasoning.
Its makers say it is designed for research, that results vary with the AI model and data used, and that it is not financial, investment or trading advice.
