What it does
TensorFlow.js is a JavaScript library, part of Google's TensorFlow family, for machine learning in web pages and in Node.js (JavaScript running on servers). Because models can run inside the browser, data can stay on the user's device.
Developers can build new models from scratch, convert existing TensorFlow and Keras models to run on the web, or retrain models with data gathered in the browser, such as sensor input. It uses the computer's graphics hardware through WebGL or WebGPU for speed, and a collection of ready-made models is available.
