What it does
Stanza is a Python library from the Stanford NLP Group for natural language processing, getting computers to understand human language. It splits text into words and sentences, works out grammar and spots names of people, places and organisations.
It supports more than 60 languages. It can also connect to Stanford's older Java tool, CoreNLP.
There are special models for biomedical papers and clinical notes.
