What it does
Sprix SAGE Router is a research tool for networks of AI agents (programs that carry out tasks on their own). It answers one question: once a task has already started, who should finish it?
It compares three choices: the current agent keeps working, it recruits a small team of helpers, or another agent takes over completely. It weighs work already done, what can be reused, quality so far, cost, failures, budget and deadline. It also learns from how past tasks turned out.
It is designed to sit on top of the Agent2Agent (A2A) protocol, a shared standard that lets agents talk to each other. The makers describe it as a research preview. It plans who does what, but does not send tasks or handle security itself.
Who it's for
Researchers and developers building systems where many AI agents work together.
