What it does
PyTorch is a popular toolkit for building neural networks, and scikit-learn is a popular, simpler library for machine learning in Python. skorch joins the two.
It wraps a PyTorch network so it behaves like any scikit-learn model. That means developers can train it, use it in data-processing pipelines and search for the best settings with tools they already know.
It also adds helpful extras for training and works with Hugging Face models.
