What it does
Short Video Factory helps make short marketing and general-interest videos. You give it a text prompt and your own video clips, and it writes the script, turns it into a spoken voice-over, adds subtitles and edits everything together.
It can run batches, making videos one after another from a preset. Script writing works with AI services that use the OpenAI-style interface, and voice-over uses Microsoft Edge's text-to-speech.
The README is mainly in Chinese and says the app supports Chinese, English and other languages.
Who it's for
Small businesses, marketers and creators who make lots of short videos.
