What it does
This is a "skill", a set of instructions and helper files that you add to an AI coding assistant. Once installed, you can ask the assistant to do a security audit of a codebase, and it follows a structured process.
The audit runs in six phases. The agent first maps how the software is built, then sends separate helper agents to hunt for weak spots. A fresh agent then tries to disprove each possible problem, so the agent that checks a finding is never the one that found it.
Results are sorted into confirmed, needs checking, or rejected, and turned into written reports. Running it several times on the same project builds on earlier runs. Its makers say one run found roughly half of what repeated runs found in total.
Who it's for
Software developers and security teams who use AI coding assistants and want help reviewing their own code for security problems.
Can I use it without coding?
Developers only. It is installed with a command-line tool and needs a coding agent, Node.js and a locked-down sandbox to run safely. New to this? Start here.
Try it
- Install the skill into your coding agent using the Skills command-line tool, as shown in the README.
- Open your coding agent in the project you want to check.
- Ask it something like "security audit this codebase" and read the reports it writes.
Using Claude Code, Cursor or another AI coding assistant? Paste the prompt and it will walk you through the setup.New to this?
