What it does

RWKV is an openly available AI language model. RWKV Runner is a small app that handles the technical setup for you: it downloads the model and what it needs, picks settings that suit your computer's graphics card, and starts it.

It includes a chat screen, a text-completion screen, and a music composition page that can even take input from a MIDI keyboard. It can also fine-tune models on Windows.

It offers the same kind of connection as OpenAI's service, so other ChatGPT-style apps can use your local model. It can also act as a client for ChatGPT, Ollama and similar services.
