What it does
Resume Matcher helps you adapt your resume (CV) for each job. You upload one main resume, paste in a job description, and the AI suggests changes and tailored content. It can also write a cover letter and help with interview prep.
Its makers say the AI is told not to add skills, employers or results that aren't in your main resume. It also checks how an applicant tracking system, the software many employers use to screen resumes, would read your PDF.
It runs on your machine with no account. You can use a cloud AI service or a local model through Ollama so your resume never leaves your computer. Finished resumes can be exported as PDFs from several templates.
Who it's for
Job seekers who want help tailoring applications, especially those comfortable with some technical setup.
