React Doctor

Checks React code for common problems, and gives AI coding agents a skill to find and fix them.

What it does

React is a popular toolkit for building websites. React Doctor scans a React project and reports problems with how it handles data, speed, structure, security, accessibility and maintainability.

The checks follow fixed rules, so they give the same results each time. You can install it as a skill for coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor and Codex, so they can find and fix these issues themselves.

It can also run on every proposed code change and record performance traces from a running app. It collects anonymous usage data unless you turn that off.

Who it's for

Web developers who build React apps, especially with help from AI coding agents.
