What it does
pyVideoTrans takes a video in one language and produces a version in another. It listens to the speech and writes it down, translates the subtitles, creates a new voice track with AI, and puts it all back together with the video.
It can also just make subtitles from audio or video, tell different speakers apart, give each speaker a different AI voice, and clone voices. You can pause at each stage to check and fix the transcript, translation or dubbing.
It works with many speech, translation and voice services, including free and offline options.
Who it's for
Video creators, translators and educators who want to bring videos to audiences in other languages.
