What it does
When an AI coding agent such as Claude Code, Codex or Copilot proposes a plan or writes code, Plannotator opens it in your web browser. You can highlight parts, leave comments, and send your notes straight back to the agent to act on.
It also works as a code review screen for your own changes or for pull requests on GitHub and GitLab, and you can ask an AI questions about what you're reviewing.
Its makers say plans and reviews stay on your computer by default, with no tracking. Sharing a plan with a teammate is optional.
Who it's for
Programmers who use AI coding agents and want a clearer way to check and steer their work.
