What it does
Peekaboo is a command-line tool and menu-bar app for macOS. It can capture screenshots, read the layout of any app, and control apps by clicking, typing and pressing keys.
Its agent mode turns a plain request, like "open Safari and search for something", into a series of steps. It can also be shared with AI tools like Codex, Claude Code or Cursor through MCP.
It needs macOS 15 or later and your permission for screen recording and accessibility control. The agent needs a configured AI model provider, local or online.
