PaddleNLP

A toolkit for training, shrinking and running large language models on the PaddlePaddle deep learning framework.

New this week

What it does

PaddleNLP is a development kit for large language models (LLMs), the kind of AI behind chatbots. It is built on PaddlePaddle, a deep learning framework, and its main README is in Chinese, with an English version available.

It covers the full journey: training models from scratch, fine-tuning them on your own data, compressing them so they need less memory, and running them quickly. It supports model families such as Llama, Qwen, DeepSeek, ChatGLM, Mistral and Gemma.

It works on many kinds of AI chips, including NVIDIA graphics cards and several Chinese-made accelerators. It also includes PP-UIE, a model for pulling key facts out of long documents.

Who it's for

AI engineers and companies who build, adapt and deploy large language models, especially on PaddlePaddle.

Can I use it without coding?
