OpenDesign

A shared workspace where you and AI create prototypes, slides, images and motion graphics, then refine them with your team.

Fast-rising

What it does

OpenDesign is a design workspace that works with AI. You start with a short brief, and an AI agent creates a working prototype of a website, app or dashboard that follows your brand's design rules. You can also make slide decks, images and short animated videos.

You can share your work with teammates, collect feedback, and let the AI make the changes. It keeps design systems (your brand colours, fonts and styles), templates and plugins in one place, and you can inspect and adapt all of them.

It connects to many popular AI coding tools, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and GitHub Copilot, or you can use its own cloud service. Its makers describe it as local-first, meaning your work lives on your own computer by default.

Who it's for

Designers, product teams and founders who want to turn ideas into prototypes and presentations quickly with AI.

Can I use it without coding?

With some setup. There is a desktop app to download, but it works best connected to an AI coding tool, your own AI model key, or its paid cloud service. New to this? Start here.
