What it does
Oil Motion is a "skill", a set of instructions and scripts, for AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex. You describe what an animation should show, give it your images, and say what it should follow, such as page scrolling, mouse movement, dragging, touch or phone tilt. The agent handles the rest.
It first creates and checks a few key pictures, such as the start, middle and end of a product coming apart. Then it uses AI video generation to fill in the motion between them. It checks each frame, removes pauses, repeats and glitches, and compresses the result to fit the size shown on the page.
Finally it delivers web code that plays or scrubs through the prepared frames as the visitor scrolls or moves the mouse. It can also work with videos or sprite sheets you already have. Its makers say simple button effects or layout transitions are better done with normal web code instead.

Web designers and site builders who use AI coding agents and want product or character animations that react to scrolling, the mouse or touch.
Can I use it without coding?
