What it does
Obsidian Mind is a ready-made vault (a folder of notes) for Obsidian, a note-taking app. It is built so AI agents such as Claude Code can keep a lasting memory of your goals, projects, people and decisions.
You talk to the agent about your day, and it writes and links notes, updates indexes and keeps a record of your wins. Commands cover things like a morning stand-up, a brain dump after a meeting and an end-of-day wrap-up.
It works fully with Claude Code, and the README says it also works with Codex CLI and Gemini CLI.
Who it's for
Professionals who use AI agents and Obsidian and want the agent to remember context over time.
