Novu

Lets apps and AI agents send and receive messages across email, text, push, Slack, Teams and more through one system.

What it does

Most apps need to reach people: a password-reset email, a text message, an in-app alert. Novu gives developers one system for sending these across many channels and providers. It includes workflows, digests that bundle several updates into one message, and a ready-made notification inbox they can drop into their app.

Newer features connect AI agents to the places people chat, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, WhatsApp and email. Novu receives incoming messages, passes them to the developer's agent in one consistent format, and sends the agent's replies back. It doesn't provide the agent itself.
