What it does
MindsHub is an app where AI agents help with work that involves reading and writing: reports, analysis, monitoring and recurring tasks. It can also build simple tools like dashboards, documents and apps, and publish them to a link you can share.
It connects to data sources such as databases, Gmail, Google Drive, HubSpot and Notion. Its makers say agents never see the raw passwords for these connections. You can switch between commercial models (like Claude, GPT or Gemini) and open models.
It has memory across sessions, a library of reusable skills, and scheduled tasks. It runs on the web, as a desktop app, or on your own servers.
Who it's for
Knowledge workers and teams who want AI helpers for research, reporting and routine tasks.
