What it does
MemOS is a memory system for AI chatbots and agents. It lets them remember facts, past conversations, images and tool results over time, so later answers can take that history into account.
Memories are stored as a connected graph that people can inspect and edit, and users can correct a memory in plain language. Its makers report strong scores on several memory benchmarks.
You can use it as a hosted cloud service with an API key, run it on your own servers, or use local plugins for agent tools such as OpenClaw, Hermes Agent and DeepSeek Harness that keep memory on your own machine.
Who it's for
Developers building AI assistants, customer-support bots or agents that need to remember users across sessions.
Can I use it without coding?
