LTX-Video

An openly available AI model that turns text or pictures into short video clips.

Research-backedNew this week

What it does

LTX-Video is a video-generation model from Lightricks. Describe a scene or give it a picture and it creates a video; it can also extend clips and animate between keyframes. It works with ComfyUI, a visual tool for AI workflows.

The README says development has moved to LTX-2, a newer model that also creates matching sound.

Who it's for

Video creators, artists and developers who want to generate video with AI.
