Add-ons for AI coding tools

Logo Design Skill

An add-on that guides AI assistants like Claude through designing logos, from brief to finished files.

What it does

This is a "skill", a folder of instructions and tools that an AI assistant can load, for designing logos. It works with Claude and other assistants that support Agent Skills, such as Gemini CLI, Codex CLI, Cursor and GitHub Copilot. It walks the assistant through a design process: asking about the brand, researching, sketching concepts, testing them and producing finished SVG files (a type of image that stays sharp at any size).

It includes a reference library of more than 1,400 real-world logos, sorted by style, shape, mood and industry. The makers say it is for studying how logos are built and avoiding look-alikes, not for copying. It also comes with small Python tools that check a logo at tiny sizes, in one colour and reversed, and that make presentation boards and website or app icons.

The skill always stops after showing a few concepts with a recommendation. It only builds the full kit (colours, layouts, icons, guidelines) once you pick a direction. The makers say it works best with an AI model that can view images.

Who it's for

People who use Claude or similar AI assistants and want help creating a logo or a simple brand kit for a business or project.

Can I use it without coding?

With some setup. In Claude.ai or Claude Desktop you upload a downloaded zip file in settings, while other assistants need the folder copied into a skills directory. New to this? Start here.

Can I run it?
