LlamaIndex

A toolkit programmers use to build AI apps that read and answer questions about documents.

What it does

LlamaIndex is an open-source framework for building AI apps and agents, especially ones that work with your own documents and data. It connects to hundreds of AI models, databases and other services through add-on packages.

The company behind it says its main focus is now LlamaParse, a separate paid platform for reading complex documents. The open framework remains available.
