What it does
LangGPT is a method for writing prompts, the instructions you give an AI chatbot. Instead of loose tips, it offers a fill-in template with sections such as role, profile, goals, skills, rules and workflow.
Its makers say many popular chatbots already recognise the LangGPT style, so you can simply ask one to "write a prompt the LangGPT way". The project also shares example prompts, essays on prompt design and a skill for Claude Code.
Much of the extra material, such as the essays and example library, is written in Chinese.

Can I use it without coding?
