What it does
Inbox Zero works in the background on a Gmail or Outlook account. Its makers say it organises your inbox, pre-drafts replies in your own tone, and follows rules you write in plain English.
It can also bulk-unsubscribe from newsletters, archive old mail, block cold emails, save attachments to Google Drive or OneDrive, and prepare short briefings before meetings. You can chat with it from Slack or Telegram.
There is also a separate email app for the web, desktop and phones. You can use the hosted version or run it on your own server.
Who it's for
Busy people who get a lot of email and want help keeping their inbox under control.
Can I use it without coding?
