What it does
This is a "skill", a set of written instructions you add to an AI coding assistant such as Claude Code. It changes how the assistant writes its replies. The goal is to stop the useful answer from getting buried in chatter.
With it installed, the assistant leads with the next thing to do, numbers the steps, and ends with one clear next step. It skips greetings, recaps and lines like "Hope this helps!" The makers describe the output as ADHD-friendly, though you don't need an ADHD diagnosis to use it.
It follows ten written rules, such as keeping lists to five items and giving time estimates in minutes. The makers say it is loosely based on the book The Adult ADHD Tool Kit. You can copy the project and edit the rules to suit yourself.
Who it's for
People who use AI coding assistants and want shorter, clearer, step-by-step answers, including people with ADHD who find long replies hard to follow.
Can I use it without coding?
