What it does
HyperFrames turns web pages (built with HTML, the language of websites) into video files. Text, pictures, video clips and animations on the page are recorded frame by frame into an MP4, so the same page always produces the same video.
It comes with ready-made "skills", instructions that teach AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI how to plan, build, check and render a video. You can ask for something like a 10-second product intro and the assistant does the work.
The skills cover jobs such as product launch videos, topic explainers, captions for talking-head videos, music-synced videos, motion graphics and slide decks.
