Add-ons for AI coding tools

headcount

Adds company-style 'departments' of expert skills to Claude Code and ChatGPT, from finance to security.

What it does

headcount is a large set of skills for AI assistants, organised like a company. A chief executive sits over many departments, such as Technology, Security, IT Operations and Finance. Each department holds a group of specialist skills, like threat modeling, financial modeling or landing-page review.

Every department is a separate plugin, an add-on you install on its own. That means a project loads only the departments it needs. Skills switch on by themselves when your question matches their area, or you can call one directly by name.

The same skills work in Claude Code and in ChatGPT or Codex. Its makers say the skills cite the standards and regulators that settle each question. An interactive org chart lets you search every skill and see its sources.

Who it's for

People who use Claude Code or ChatGPT for work and want ready-made expert guidance on business, technology or operations questions. Small teams and founders may find the business departments useful.
