What it does
The Founder skill is a set of eleven "skills" (add-on instructions) for Claude, an AI assistant. Each one plays a business role, such as a board of directors, a marketing director, a CFO (chief financial officer), a pricing strategist or a brand designer. You run them in order, and each one reads what the others wrote.
The board scores your idea using summaries of ideas from published business books. A simulated consumer panel creates 100 imaginary buyers based on your target customer and reports who would buy, who wouldn't and why. Other skills map competitors, work out profit margins and break-even points, plan a 30-day launch, and finally compile a business plan with a verdict calculated from the numbers.
Its makers note that the simulated buyers are not real customers and tend to be agreeable, so results should be checked with real people. The README also says it is not financial, legal or tax advice. A few helper tools are small Python scripts that do not use the internet.
