Add-ons for AI coding tools

DS Harness Remote

Reach the AI coding workspaces on your own computer from a phone, another computer or a web browser.

New this week

What it does

DS Harness Remote is a plugin for DeepSeek Harness, an AI coding assistant that runs on your computer. Harness keeps running on your work computer with the same projects and tools. This plugin lets you open that same session from your phone, another computer or a web page.

Its makers say the connection is end-to-end encrypted, meaning only your devices can read what is sent. Your computer does not need to be open to the internet. It tries a direct device-to-device link first and uses relay servers when needed. You can browse files, use a remote terminal (a text window for typing commands) and switch AI models.

Besides DeepSeek Harness, it has experimental support for other AI coding tools, including Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, OpenCode and Hermes Agent. There is an Android app, a web version, a Chrome extension, and an iOS beta. By default it uses the project's own hosted server, but you can run a simpler server yourself.

Who it's for
