Add-ons for AI coding tools

Distilly

Turns messages and documents about a person into a profile an AI agent can use to reflect their way of working.

Fast-risingResearch-backed

What it does

Distilly takes materials you provide, such as messages, documents or interviews, and builds a "Person Profile" of how someone thinks, decides and writes. The profile is packaged as a skill that AI agents such as Claude Code or Codex can use.

Its makers give examples like keeping a departing colleague's know-how. They say it builds on observable material and does not claim to clone the person. It was formerly called Colleague Skill.

Who it's for

People and teams who use AI agents and want to capture someone's expertise or style.
