DB-GPT

An AI assistant that connects to your databases and spreadsheets, answers questions and builds reports.

Research-backed

What it does

DB-GPT is an AI data assistant. You connect it to databases, CSV or Excel files and knowledge bases, then ask questions in plain language. The AI writes the database queries (SQL) and code to find the answer.

It can plan multi-step analyses, run code in a safe, isolated space, and turn results into charts, dashboards and reports. Reusable "skills" package common analysis methods.

It is also a platform for developers to build their own AI data tools.

Who it's for

Analysts, business teams and developers who want to explore data by asking questions instead of writing queries.

Can I use it without coding?
