Add-ons for AI coding tools

Coucou

A little character in your Mac's notch that shows what your AI coding agents are doing.

New this week

What it does

Coucou puts a small animated friend called Mochi at the top of your screen. It watches your AI coding sessions in tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI, shows what files they edit and lets you approve their requests with one click. There are companion apps for iPhone and Android.

The Mac app also offers voice dictation that can run offline, a call recorder that writes transcripts and summaries, a chat with several AI models and many small add-ons. The README says it has no tracking and no account, and keeps keys in your system's secure storage.

Who it's for

People who use AI coding agents and want to keep an eye on them without watching the terminal.

Can I use it without coding?

Yes. It is a desktop app, mainly for Mac, with Windows, Linux and phone versions; it is most useful with AI coding tools. New to this? Start here.
