What it does
This project links the ChatGPT web app with Codex, OpenAI's coding agent. ChatGPT does the planning and code review, and Codex carries out the changes.
ChatGPT reads only the lines of code it needs through a secure, read-only connection to your project. The makers say your repository is never uploaded as a whole.
The goal is to use the ChatGPT subscription you already pay for, instead of spending scarce Codex or API allowance on planning.
Who it's for
Developers who use Codex and have a paid ChatGPT subscription.
Can I use it without coding?
Developers only. It needs coding tools such as Git and Node.js, though Codex can do the setup for you. New to this? Start here.
