What it does

Cloudflare Agents is a developer kit for building AI agents that live on Cloudflare's cloud. Each agent keeps its own memory and storage, sleeps when idle and wakes up when needed.

Its makers say you can run huge numbers of them, one per user or chat, and they cost nothing while inactive. Agents can chat, run scheduled jobs, send and receive email, handle voice, and use or provide MCP tools.

It includes ready parts for AI chat, multi-step workflows with human approval, and safe running of AI-written code.
