What it does
Claudian is a plugin for Obsidian, a popular note-taking app. It brings AI coding agents, such as Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode, into your vault (your folder of notes).
The agent can read, write, search and organise your notes, and carry out multi-step tasks. You can also select text and ask the AI to edit it in place, with a preview of the changes.
Other features include reusable prompts and skills, mentioning specific notes with @, several chat tabs, and connecting outside tools.
Who it's for
Obsidian users who want an AI assistant that works directly with their notes.
