What it does
AI coding assistants usually forget everything when a session ends. Claude-Mem records what the assistant did, uses AI to boil it down into short summaries, and feeds the relevant parts back in next time.
It was built for Claude Code and also works with tools such as OpenCode and Codex. The installer offers a hosted memory service with a free trial, or you can use your own AI provider instead.
