What it does
Chronos is a family of pretrained models for time series forecasting: predicting what comes next in data recorded over time, like daily sales, energy use or website visits.
Its makers say the newest version, Chronos-2, can forecast new data without extra training, handle several related series at once, and use outside factors. Smaller, faster "Bolt" versions are also available.
The models are published openly and can also be deployed on Amazon's cloud.
Who it's for
Data scientists and analysts who need forecasts without building a model from scratch.
