What it does

Chinese-CLIP is a version of CLIP, an AI model that learns how pictures and words relate. It was trained on about 200 million Chinese image and text pairs.

It can find pictures that match a Chinese text search, or the other way round, and sort images into categories it was never trained on directly.

The project shares models in several sizes, plus code for using, training and testing them.
