What it does
BMad Method is a way of building software with AI coding tools while keeping people in charge of the key decisions. It provides a set of AI "agents" and workflows that help you define what to build, plan it, build it and review it.
Its makers say it sizes the process to the job: small changes go straight to building, while bigger projects get more planning. Decisions are saved so they carry into later work instead of being re-explained in every chat.
Extra modules cover areas such as creative brainstorming, testing and game development.

- Install Node.js, Python and the uv tool on your computer.
- Add BMad to your project with its installer.
- Open the project in your AI coding tool and ask BMad to build the change you want.
