What it does
This is a curated list of services that let you use AI language models through an API (a doorway that lets programs talk to each other) without paying, within certain limits.
For each provider, such as Google Gemini, Mistral, Cohere and others, it lists the available models, how much text they can handle and how many requests you can make. Each entry links to the provider's own page for getting an API key, a password-like code.
It also notes conditions worth knowing, for example when a free tier is for non-commercial use only, or when the provider may use your prompts to improve its models.
Who it's for
Developers, students and hobbyists who want to experiment with AI models on a small or zero budget.
