What it does
AnythingLLM lets you set up your own ChatGPT-style assistant. You drag in documents such as PDFs or Word files, and then ask questions about them; answers show which source they came from.
It can run AI models on your own computer with no extra setup, or connect to many online AI services. It also includes agents (AI that can take actions like browsing the web), a no-code agent builder, memories and scheduled tasks.
There is a desktop app for Mac, Windows and Linux. A Docker version adds multiple users with permissions and a chat widget you can put on a website.
Who it's for
Individuals and teams who want to ask AI about their own files while keeping data private.
Can I use it without coding?
