What it does
This project is a collection of "skills": packaged instructions and know-how that AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI can load. Each skill teaches the assistant how to use a specific AI research tool, such as software for training, fine-tuning or testing models.
Its makers say the goal is to let an AI agent run the whole research process on its own, from brainstorming ideas and reading earlier work to running experiments and writing a paper. A central "autoresearch" skill coordinates the others.
The skills are grouped into categories like fine-tuning, model architecture, evaluation, safety and paper writing, and you can install all of them or only the ones you need.
