What it does
Agent skills are simple text files that teach an AI assistant how to do a specific job, like following a recipe card, without retraining it. This project is a community-curated directory of them, with guides on how they work.
Its maintainer says it focuses on skills made and used by real teams, rather than bulk-generated ones. Skills are grouped by topic, such as data, marketing, writing, development, education and creative work.
The skills work with assistants including Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI and Cursor. There is also a website version of the directory.
